Delivery Areas

BestTurkGSweat provides flower delivery services throughout Turkey. Our primary delivery areas include:

Istanbul and Surrounding Areas: Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays
Major Turkish Cities: Next-day delivery available for cities including Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya, and other major metropolitan areas
Other Turkish Cities: Delivery available with 2-3 business day timeframe, depending on location
Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer or may have additional fees. Please contact us to confirm delivery availability for remote locations

Available for orders placed after 2:00 PM or for areas outside same-day delivery zones
Delivery occurs on the next business day (Monday-Saturday)
Delivery typically occurs between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Available for major Turkish cities

Our delivery service operates during the following hours:

Monday - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Sunday: Limited delivery available (please contact us for Sunday delivery options)
Specific time requests can be accommodated when possible, but cannot be guaranteed

Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and order value:

Free Delivery: Orders over $100 (or equivalent in TRY) within Istanbul city limits
Standard Delivery Fee: $5-10 (or equivalent in TRY) for Istanbul and surrounding areas
Extended Area Delivery: $10-20 (or equivalent in TRY) for other major Turkish cities
Remote Area Delivery: Fees vary based on location - please contact us for a quote
Delivery fees will be confirmed when we contact you to confirm your order

You submit an order request through our website or contact form
We contact you within 1-3 business hours to confirm availability and provide final pricing (including delivery fees)
Once confirmed, we prepare your flowers with fresh, carefully selected blooms
We deliver your flowers on the requested date
Our delivery team will attempt to contact the recipient if no one is available at the delivery address

To ensure successful delivery, please provide:

Complete and accurate delivery address, including street name, building number, apartment/floor number if applicable
Recipient's name and phone number
Any special delivery instructions (e.g., leave with neighbor, call upon arrival, etc.)
Preferred delivery date and time window (if applicable)

If the recipient is not available at the delivery address:

Our delivery team will attempt to contact the recipient using the provided phone number
If contact is made, we will arrange a convenient time for redelivery
If safe and appropriate, we may leave the flowers in a secure location (e.g., with a neighbor, doorman, or in a designated safe area)
If delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time
Additional delivery attempts may incur additional fees

Please note the following limitations:

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes
Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional time or fees
During peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), delivery times may be extended
Weather conditions may affect delivery times in some cases
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to addresses we deem unsafe or inaccessible

Currently, BestTurkGSweat provides delivery services within Turkey only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
