We accept returns and provide refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:
- Damaged Flowers: If your flowers arrive significantly damaged, wilted, or in poor condition due to our error or delivery issues
- Wrong Product: If you receive a different product than what you ordered
- Missing Items: If items are missing from your order (e.g., chocolates missing from a gift set)
- Quality Issues: If the flowers do not meet our quality standards (e.g., flowers are already past their prime upon delivery)
When Returns Are Not Accepted
We cannot accept returns in the following situations:
- Normal wilting or aging of flowers after delivery (flowers naturally have a limited lifespan)
- Change of mind or cancellation after the order has been prepared and confirmed
- Issues caused by improper care after delivery (e.g., not placing flowers in water, exposure to extreme temperatures)
- Delivery to incorrect address provided by the customer
- Recipient not available at delivery time (unless we were unable to contact them and arrange alternative delivery)
- Dried flower arrangements (unless damaged upon delivery)
Timeframe for Reporting Issues
To be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. This timeframe is necessary because:
- Flowers are perishable products that naturally age over time
- Early reporting allows us to assess the issue while the flowers are still in their original condition
- It helps us identify and address any delivery or quality control issues promptly

Replacement Delivery
If a replacement is approved:
- We will prepare and deliver a replacement arrangement as soon as possible
- Replacement delivery is free of charge
- We will coordinate with you to arrange a convenient delivery time
- If the original product was a gift, we can deliver the replacement to the same address

Special Circumstances
Wedding Orders
For wedding orders, we recommend scheduling a consultation and viewing sample arrangements before your event. If issues arise with wedding flowers, we will work with you to resolve them as quickly as possible, though options may be limited due to the time-sensitive nature of events.
Dried Flower Arrangements
Dried flower arrangements are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged. Please inspect dried flower orders upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours.
