  • We contact you within 1-3 business hours to confirm availability and provide final pricing
  • Once you confirm the order and pricing, we prepare your flowers
  • We deliver your order on the agreed delivery date

An order is not confirmed until we have contacted you and you have agreed to the final pricing and delivery terms.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in USD (or TRY as indicated) and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed when we contact you to confirm your order. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms will be agreed upon when we confirm your order. Payment may be required:

  • Upon delivery (cash on delivery)
  • In advance through secure payment methods
  • As otherwise agreed between you and BestTurkGSweat

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot guarantee that all products will be available at all times. If a requested product is unavailable, we will:

  • Contact you to suggest alternatives
  • Offer a similar product of equal or greater value
  • Cancel the order if no suitable alternative is available

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are subject to our Delivery & Shipping Policy. Key points include:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Delivery fees apply as specified in our Delivery & Shipping Policy

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide correct delivery addresses and recipient contact information
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, or provide alternative delivery instructions

  • Report any issues with your order within 24 hours of delivery

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • BestTurkGSweat's liability is limited to the value of the order in question
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Normal wilting or aging of flowers after delivery (flowers are perishable products)
    • Issues caused by improper care after delivery
    • Delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, strikes)
    • Delivery to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are limited to cases of damage, incorrect products, or quality issues reported within 24 hours of delivery.

10. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order by contacting us:

  • Before Confirmation: You may cancel at any time before we confirm your order
  • After Confirmation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • No Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled after flowers have been prepared or delivered
